After-school Club

Little Owl offers after-school care for 3-11 year olds from Monday to Friday, 3.20 pm – 6 pm.

Children can come for the whole session, for the time after school clubs (from 4.20 pm) or for the first hour.

The scheme is intended to be flexible to allow parents to book only for the sessions they require (either the same days/times each week, or as needed). However, all bookings must be made 24 hrs in advance to ensure that the list of playscheme children is available for the school’s records first thing each school day.

Little Owl is non-profit-making so we are doing our best to make sure that the playscheme is as affordable as possible for parents.

Children are encouraged to attend any school clubs they wish to first. The club teacher will take children booked into play-scheme to Little Owl at the end of club.

Every day there are craft materials available, an assortment of board games, building materials like Lego and K’Nex, various action figures and toys, access to IT with the computer, tablets, sessions on the Wii or PS3, movies and of course outdoor play both in the fabulous mud kitchen as well as the school field and playground with the various sit-on riders, scooters and the children’s own bikes – as weather permits.
