Fees

Current Fees from September 2023:

Pre-School

£7.00 per hour

£1.00 snack fee per day

We are a designated provider and receive 3+ and 4+ Government funding. Children are eligible for funding from the term after their third birthday. The closing dates for notification are 31st August, 31st December, and 31st March. We are also on the register for funding for 2 Year olds.

After School Club

£6.50 per hour

Holiday Club

£6.50 per hour

£5.50 per hour for siblings

plus £3.00 per family per day fee for snack/activities.

Bookings must be made in advance. Parents are invoiced at the beginning of the holiday and you can pay with childcare vouchers, cash or by bank transfer. There is a late collection fee of £5 for every 20 minutes or part thereof.

Hourly rates apply to any portion of an hour attended.

Invoices will be issued each half term and should normally be paid within 30 days. However, a more flexible payment plan may be negotiated with the Treasurer of the Pre-School.  Fees continue to be payable if a child is ill, absent without notice or on a planned holiday. In case of prolonged absence, parents should consult the committee about fee payment.
